1. If I can not find the product I need and can it still be possibly purchased from Corelink?

As a wholesaler and supplier of fiber optical products, there are a great many products that have not been listed on our website. Please just feel free to contact us for more details. 


2. How can I request a quote?

Please email us at office@corelinknetworks.com or use the enquiry form on this website. Our sales representative will come back to you within 24 hours. 


3. Can I request a product sample?

Yes, we are very glad to provide free or low price samples for you to test and check the product quality. 


4. Can I request customized services?

We can provide OEM/ODM services as per your requirements, and will do our best to meet your needs.


5. If it's possible to have my logo on the product?

We hope you know that our company support customized logo service, and the logo printing should be up to the logo printing quantity, you could choose the printing method you prefer and we would also like to recommend the one which is more suitable for you.


6. How could I ensure the product quality?

We have our own QC control department, and we have got many certifications such as CE, RoHS and so on to ensure the quality of our products, you can also take a sample to test it.


7. Do you have special price or service for wholesale?

Shipping and Payment


1. How long does a shipping take?

It depends. There's shipping via express like DHL, FedEx, UPS and shipping by air and sea. Normally, it takes 3 to 30 working days before receiving your parcel if it shipped by express. 


2. How much will the shipping cost be?

It depends on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping. We will offer the charge to you as you requested.


3. If I need products urgently, can you arrange expedited delivery?

When an urgent shipment is needed, please contact your sales manager. Generally, we’ll try everything possible to help you get your product as early as possible.


4. How can I track my package after it is shipped?

Our sales assistant will send you tracking numbers right after shipment if your cargo is shipped via expresses.


5. Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?

Yes, if you have your own forwarder you can let your forwarder ship the products for you, and then you will no need to pay the freight to us.


6. How about payment?

We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, PayPal, Money Gram, and Secure Payment.
